Booking Deadlines All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not accepted. Payment Terms • Fixed-price services require 100% payment in advance at the time of booking. • Custom-priced services are invoiced after you approve a personalized quote. Payment must be completed before service delivery. • For website development projects, a 50% prepayment is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon completion, prior to delivery. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Adyen, or Wix Payments. Cancellations and Refunds • You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. • For custom project cancellations, specific conditions may apply as outlined in your proposal or agreement. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled session: • You may reschedule once, free of charge. • A second no-show or missed session without notice will result in cancellation without refund. Digital Products Digital goods such as checklists are delivered immediately after purchase and are non-refundable. All digital products are licensed for individual use or internal use within your organization. Redistribution, copying, or resale is not permitted.
